ADDITIONAL COSTS:

• Prices per day vary depending on the number of people
• Excluding tourist tax € 2.80 (from 1.Nov. 2024 €4.80) per day/person from the age of 15
• The cost of final cleaning is from € 65.00
• Payment is only possible in cash

INFORMATION:

• ARRIVAL: Our apartments are ready for occupancy from 2:00 pm on your arrival day
• DEPARTURE: Please vacate the apartment by 9:30 am on the departure day.
• RESERVATION/BOOKING: You can make bookings by mail or email. For confirmed bookings, we kindly expect a deposit of € 100.00 per apartment.
• CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be made at least 1 month before the agreed arrival date, with a fee of 40% of the apartment price. For cancellations later than 30 days before the holiday start date, we charge 70%. In case of delayed arrival or earlier departure, for any reason, we invoice the booked service.
• BOOKING NOTE: Pets are not allowed! Our house is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE!
